Registration
Are you as excited to start using the Carlisle Area Dog Park as we are?

After reading and agreeing to the rules:

You will need to mail these items the Carlisle Area Dog Parks:
- Signed Registration form
- Signed Release of Liability
- Proof of Spay / Neuter
- Proof of Rabies vaccine for each dog
- Proof of Bordatella (Kennel Cough) vaccine for each dog
- Proof of Dog License for each dog
- Check for registration fee

Once your registration is received, we will process it and mail you back a tag for each of your dog’s collars.
Dogs without this tag will not be allowed in the park.
Once the keycard system is in place each dog park member will be provided an electronic key card, however we will not have this in place for phase 1.

In phase 1, there will only be one fenced area. Small and large dogs will need to share this space. A schedule is being worked out to allow for all dogs to play safely. We want to get some registration forms in, so we can get an idea of how many large and how many small dogs there will be, so we can make a fair schedule.
